You can purchase your items online and have them shipped directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. Shipping How long will my order take to deliver? Following credit authorization and verification your item is shipped within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping will be via USPS mail. Orders should take between 5-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep. During the Holidays, please expect a delay. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders WILL NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure a complete and correct shipping address when the order is placed. How do I cancel my order or make changes? Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made. Please Note: Phoenix Life Adventures – Beyond Shop is unable to honor any edit/cancellation requests through any customer support channels. Please contact the carrier to inquire about alternative delivery options for your package. How soon will I receive my digital product? Digital Products ship immediately. All you need is a computer and Wi-Fi to receive it. If for some reason you are unable to download, please contact us via email – yolonda@yolondadixon.com. Do you ship worldwide? At this time, we only ship in the US. Return Policy Returns: Return information will be in the package with your product from the distributor. Please note: All digital products are nonrefundable and cannot be refunded or exchanged once accessed, downloaded, unzipped, or viewed.
